The parking lot by the beach is by permit only so it's been suggested an easy idea is to drive your car to the lumber lane long-term parking lot and hop on one of the free rides that brings you directly to the beach.
Serene beach!!! There's a grill on the boardwalk which serves everything from burgers and chicken tenders to ice cream. Prices are not astronomical BUT be warned, it is CASH ONLY.
