Please be kind to the Red rocks and pack in, pack out .
When visiting respect but do not mark the rocks. If you build a trail marker, please remove when you leave, this can be very dangerous.

Use a bike or car; Uber and Lyft may not always be reliable.
There are walking trails within 15 minutes. There are other services you can find for travel and pick up from if googled. Please make sure you have proper transportation to and from al locations.

Crystal Magic is a great place for Gems, books, and gifts. However, in uptown "discount gems and minerals" is my favourite place with plenty of great deals.

WATER and other traditional safety
Make sure you have a Phone, battery pack, water bladder, flash light, and many proper emergency supplies. It may now seem like a lot but many trails are under estimated and therefore a lost of search and rescue is often sent to the smaller hikes for saving as a result.

Don't miss the popular hikes, especially if you are not booked on a holiday or weekend. However, if you are daring, there is not a single "wrong" hike here. Please explore all of the area with a safe but curious energy.
