Places that Salt Lake City is Famous for.
Take a walk around Historic Temple Square, where Utah began to take shape. The temple's architectural beauty was created from granite that was hauled in from nearby canyons and took 40 years to complete.
The gardens are re-designed every 6 months with spectacular flowers and greenery. A great place for photos. During winter months, the temple grounds are decorated with Christmas Lights and a Nativity Scene.
There is also a visitor's center which contains a large relief map of Jerusalem on the first floor and statue of Christ under a dome painted of the Milky Way Galaxy on the second floor. A multi language recording of Christ speaking played over and over.

Constructed in 1899. This Cathedral is one of the most beautiful churches decorated with stained glass windows and an exquisite pipe organ. If you are lucky, you will get to hear the melodical tunes of the organ.

Here's what you need to do:
There are young “missionary” guides in the square and in the Tabernacle who were very pleasant and not at all preachy. Go into the Tabernacle and find a one of these guides. Ask them if they would do a “acoustic demonstration”, then walk to the very, very back. If possible they will go onto the pulpit and announce the demonstration. First they will shut off all electrical amplification, then play the amazing organ (or play a recording), then they will rip a piece of paper, drop a handful of paper clips and finally a single pin. It sounds like they are standing next to you.

Trax is the easiest way to get around
You can take Trax all the way around Salt Lake. There are also E Bike and E Scooter. Keep your eyes open for these!
