There are plenty of places to find a slice of pie, but only Cosmos will do for me. They make over 300 pies a day just at this location. The extra $.50 for the spicy ranch dipping sauce is a must. My favorite by the slice is a pepperoni and jalepeno! They are also open until 230am.

A jem and a unique one at that. This restaurant not only makes their own magic potions, the "Laughing Monks" potion literally makes my feel giddy inside. They will add CBD to any beverage you order if you ask. Last thing I ate there was a full unsplit chicken breast confit'ed in yep, duck fat, then slow cooked so perfectly that the crisp chicken skin stuck to my teeth like candy. This is a wonderful spot that will not be there for long. Rent is high in Boulder for business downtown, and Shine will be moving to a new home sometime next year.....

This grocery store is WONDERFUL. They are only a short 5 minute bike ride on the bike path from the house. We even have reusable shopping bags or a small back pack just for scoring food from the Sooper. The selection is well priced and full of organic and non organic alike.
PS - don't buy beer at grocery or gas station.....
The beer and liquor store is in same parking lot as King Soopers.
