Good coffee and limited selection of breakfast and lunch items. I haven't been there for wine at night, but I know people who love to go there. Parking garage-enter through front (on Washington Blvd/Route 29).

Wonderful selection of books, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a nice selection of wine and chocolates to boot! Support local businesses! Obama, Sasha and Malia shopped there a few years ago on Small Business Day (or whatever it's called). They also host author discussions and neighborhood book groups.
One More Page Bookstore

Just go there. It's an old hardward store on steriods. But crammed in a fairly small space. But so much more fun than Home Depot! It's a quick drive or walk from our house on Route 7 (Leesburg Pike).

Everything Else
Kids up to age 12 or maybe even 13 can enjoy jumping around all the moon bounces in this big room. The entrance is a little hidden. It's located on Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) in Falls Church, but the entrance is around the side of the building. There is a small cafe, but when I was there they didn't have coffee and we could only buy granola bars or chips. Panera isn't far away, so you could always pick up a coffee to go there!

Parks & Nature
Fenced in playground and park on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Great Falls Street, just a couple of blocks from our house. Swings, slides, basketball court, sandbox, etc., make for some fun and cheap entertainment!
