This is a hole-in-the-wall locals oasis where the fish tacos and the clam chowder are the best you will ever have. All the wraps are unique and delicious. It is a MUST if you are trying to live like a local while you're here.

The BEST bread in town!! It is also at many restaurants (Inlcuding Zydeco) but you can buy it to take with, or eat a scrumptious sandwich at the bakery.

The wait is usually long, but the food is worth it! I recommend the Sampson- crab cake with poached eggs and focaccia. You can't go wrong!

If not, the best staples are the mac and cheese, the buffalo mac and cheese, and the artichoke dip.

Market of Choice is one of our best grocery stores. It runs a little spendy compared to your typical grocery store, but it has amazing prepared food and take-and-bake options, as well as local breads, fun desserts, and a juice bar. SO many options!

We are known as being a ski town because we are only 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. People from all over the country come to visit us to hit the slopes. In the winter, the mountain has many runs and a great lodge for a ski trip. In the summer you can also take the lift to the top to have a mountain-side dinner at the restaurant. It is a must-see.
