A fun Italian restaurant with a moody downstairs lounge (one of the only basement spaces in the area!). On weekends, you can often find live entertainment or a four piece jazz quartet downstairs. Full bar, and the food is a mix of classic Italian fare and homemade pasta options. If you eat upstairs at the bar, ask for Pete. He’s got jokes!

Small place, but you can smell the smoker from a mile away! It is not uncommon that they run out of ribs because they are in such demand. They hold the title for best macaroni and cheese in Tampa Bay. They also have a great draft beer selection!

While we don’t actually eat here often, I figure it is list-worthy because it is actually IN the neighborhood. You can easily walk there, and home, and they are open late and have pretty good food.
