Sobre este lugar
Esca meaning “bait” in Italian, redefines the seascape of Mediterranean cooking once again. After 19 years as Executive Chef at Esca, Dave Pasternack and Victor Rallo reimagine Esca. Our menu highlights the finest seasonal seafood, crudo, antipasti, whole fish, handmade pasta and Esca favorites. In addition the new menu features charcuterie, prime steaks, and farm poultry all with a Mediterranean influence. The wine list is meticulously curated and features over 180 European selections, focusing heavily on Italy, with a large selection of white and sparkling wines to complement the fresh seafood selections. The list features reds from the best growing regions in Italy, and a handful of selections from France, United States and Spain. Traditional Italian cocktails, and a unique craft beer selection. Our main dining room features a muted color palette and sleek white marble tabletops to best showcase the exquisite dishes placed upon them. In the rear of Esca, a glass wine cellar keeps our latest selected vintages at the perfect temperature while serving as a focal point of the room. Dave is fishing with a smile on his face again.

Esca is the area’s slickest and most creative choice. Part of the Batali–Bastianich empire, the menu takes a whirl through Southern Italian seaside cooking. Start with the signature raw antipasti, called crudi, then move on to excellent, shareable pastas.
