El Sauce is a comfortable club with two spaces: an outdoor area and a smaller indoor room with a stage. It has a great sound system and features some of the best bands and groups in Cuba. I recommend stopping in when the band Los Van Van is playing. They are one of the most important acts in Cuba. El Sauce isn’t in the center of the city, so you might want to take a cab.
