If you’re heading to Fowey then look at either Fowey Hall (foweyhallhotel.co.uk) or the Harbour Hotel (harbourhotels. co.uk/fowey). Both are stunning hotels with excellent cuisine.

Apparently the food is great here, I've never been but it's open to non residents and is in a stunning location. If you book some spar time, or use the pool up there, there is a hot tub on the veranda with a fabulous view. I don't know how much it costs for non residents to use these facilities (there is a spar there too) but it's worth asking. It's a fabulous colonial looking building that I believe Toad Hall was based on.

A tranquil retreat out of the town with fantastic views. Drinks are served throughout the day and there are often biscuits/croissants available to enjoy in one of the various rooms or the terrace with river views. Children can enjoy the games room and dogs are welcome.
