If you like Humus, this is said to be one of the best in Jerusalem. ( not a sophisticated place...To say the least :)

really this is the best place for local food. Prices are reasonable and the food quality is excellent - my favorite dishes are: 1. Cub'e soup 2. Rich with Beans 3. Humus :)

It is an authentic and very tasty little place. I would recommend taking the Rice & Beans dish along with a small plate of Hummus. The place is crowded all day long, but I guess it will be better for you coming on morning time.
