Piazza Duomo, nel cuore di Ortigia, è una piazza meravigliosa, interessante dal punto di vista dell'arte e dell'architettura. I palazzi nobili che circondano la piazza e il Duomo, costruito sulle stesse colonne dell'antico Tempio greco dedicato ad Athena, offrono una bella vista anche per il colore dorato della pietra con cui sono stati costruiti. Piazza Duomo, in the heart of Ortigia, is a wonderful square, interesting from the point of view of art and architecture. The noble palaces that surround the piazza and the Duomo, built on the same columns of the ancient Greek Temple dedicated to Athena, offer a beautiful view also to the golden colour of the stone of which they were constructed.

Probably the best restaurant in town with delicious sicilian food. The restaurant is in an historical 700 building you can ask to visit.
