While keeping true to the traditional french pastry of the 16th century Bordeaux region of France "canelé de Bordeaux", they blend different flavours of Japan, depending on the season, to create a truly unique pastry. 歩いて行ける距離にある、カヌレ専門店！カヌレ堂は日本の移ろいゆく四季と日本の味を重ね合わせた、日本のカヌレ「カヌレ ドゥ ジャポン」として生まれたカヌレ専門店です。 カヌレはフランス・ボルドー地方で生まれたお菓子。フランス語で『溝のついた』という意味で一度目にしたなら忘れられないそのカタチは、カヌレ堂の暖簾にも描かれ、目印にもなっています。 カヌレ堂では「定番のカヌレ」6品と、日本の四季を味わって頂きたいという想いから「季節のカヌレ」を月替わりに2品、毎日丁寧に焼き上げています。
