The Village is a classic Erie Canal place that has maintained its historic texture. There are great places to eat, walk, and take in the local flavor. Restaurants in Village of Pittsford (3.5 miles away) ☐ 1. Buku Food Truck- a plug for a chef friend’s new Asian Fusion venture. Excellent food from a seasoned chef with 30 years of experience. In Schoen Place. Lunch and Dinner. 2. Pittsford Pub and Grill- good local atmosphere 3. Village Coal Tower- great local breakfast and lunch place at Schoen Place (which is a beautiful and historical area) on the canal. Cash only. 4. Aladdin’s Natural Eatery. Healthy Greek. Schoen’s Place Excellent. 5. JoJo Bistro & Wine Bar- local. Casual. 6. Village Bakery & Café- local favorite 7. Pittsford Farms Dairy- excellent ice cream

Pittsford is a nearby town that has tons of restaurants and shopping. It's also on the Erie Canal and there is a walking or biking trail that you can access. Check out Aladdin's Eatery if you like greek food and want to sit right on the water.
