Nice beach preserve spot close to Coco's Beach House. Natural tidal wetlands reserve with mangroves, a sandy beach, kayak rentals, shelling & bird watching.
We have some great beaches in SWFL, however, this one is my favorite. There is never traffic getting there and no tolls required. You do have to pay to park, which space can be limited; but it is worth it. Taking a walk all the way to the eastern or western end of the beach is a true treat to see…
Quiet and serene beach - lovely in the morning when the tide is out. Lots of birding. Kayaking is available.
Quiet beach close to home (3.6 Miles) . Bunche Beach has natural tidal wetlands with mangroves, a sandy beach, kayak rentals & birdwatching. Good place to see Manatees certain times of the year.

“Just down the road on San Carlos Blvd (a short drive or Uber ride), this is a great little micro brewery - their tagline is 'Made with love from grain to glass'. Good live music - Thursday's is live jazz, Fridays local and touring bands, Saturdays is singer/songwriters.”
