This very small museum is free and great. Three floors of traditional Greek instruments, with information in Greek and English. There are some videos of people playing music, and headphones you can put on to listen to traditional music. Beautiful handmade instruments. About an hour or an hour and a half to see and really digest everything.

The Museum of Popular Music Instruments (Greek: Μουσείο Ελληνικών Λαϊκών Μουσικών Οργάνων), is a museum and Research Centre for Ethnomusicology in the Lassanis Mansion, Plaka, Athens, Greece. It displays about 600 Greek musical instruments from the last 300 years and has as many more in store.
