Let's just say WOW! This bakery has been in South Plainfield for many years, originally owned by the namesake, the Haisch family from Germany. They have since sold the bakery, but sold it with all of their recipes. The current owners have been making those same delicious cakes, pastries, breads, brownies and all the rest with the same care and dedication to excellence as the Haisch family did for many years.

You may want to take out a $20 and leave your wallet in the car. Otherwise you are likely to walk out with half the shop. Their desserts and breads are soooooo good! All hand/home made and it tastes like it. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.
