We had no idea this attraction was available. It is next to a small art galley, the Agnes James Gallery (well worth visiting) and it was definitely worth seeing. – an excellent re-creation – the sample buildings were originals moved to this collective site. The cabin, a government standard for settlers of the time, was surprisingly well designed and constructed. We’re glad we had this opportunity to visit.

Visit the Minden Hills Museum and Cultural Centre. Really lovely, historic experience.

Super cute little pioneer village. Always open to walk around, in the summer they have the buildings open for people to go in and learn more about each space.
