This is a beautiful hike up the old stone grain mills. It could be a bit challenging for those not used to hiking or with small children, but if you're up for a good hike with panoramic views out to the Atlantic Ocean, it doesn't get much better than this. It can be hot in the summer, so go early and don't forget to bring sunscreen and water.

The Moinhos do Folón and Picón are a group of 67 mills arranged in a cascade, declared Culturally Significant by the Junta de Galicia as part of the rich ethnographic heritage of the Rosal region, already mentioned in documents from the 17th century.
