The most beautiful beach in Flinders (we think). Quiet and wide open spaces. Watch the surfers down the far southern end under the Pine trees, or search for washed up weedy sea dragons and other naturalistic finds on the huge reef. A very special place.

Amazing views and stunning beach. If you go during low tide you can walk out along the rock formation that when viewed from the hills above looks like a giant mushroom. Amazing sunsets and short detour on the way home form Flinders pier

You can access this beach and reef sanctuary from the one way road leading around the perimeter of the golf course. However, I'd suggest it's only for walking/seeing the view - swimming and water sports are dangerous on this beach.

Protected 80 ha of coast that is home to diverse marine life. Composed of sandstone rock platforms extending from the shore, the park includes sheltered rock pools, coves and a shallow reef on the ocean side. Check out tide times first if you want to visit at low tide to see the rock pools.

Check that it's low tide and make sure you've got waterproof shoes then walk out on to the reef and look for limpets, crabs, and just explore. It's a nature reserve so leave nothing but footprints and take nothing but photographs :)
