A good place for winter outdoor sightseeing in the city of Buffalo - Canalside has a skating rink and side ice with curling, ice bowling and ice bumper cars. It's a lot of fun. In the summer they fill the rink with water and have paddle boats and remote control toy boats.

Close to downtown, Canalside is a great place to take the family. Rent a paddleboard, take a bike ride, go to an outdoor concert, iceskate in the winter...so much to do there!

There is so much to do all year round at Canalside, lots of free events as well as site seeing, kayaking and sailing tours, paddleboarding, ice skating, ice biking, hockey. see canalside website for more info

Free concerts are held here during the summertime. The waterfront has walking trails, water sports, good eats and drink for families and groups.
