Go here early during the hot seasons, as this is a major hike up the side of a steep hill. BRING WATER. It starts off as a mule path, and then 330 steps of glut killing pain. There are wild flowers, animals and assorted critters. Don't forget to bring a can of dog and/or cat food, as the worker's family takes care of the resident cat Tiger and German Shepard mix dog. The dog was intimidating, but once we chatted with him, he wandered off for a siesta. The views are incredible from up top, as you can see the port, Stone Island, Centro and the skyline of the Golden Zone. There are some beverages for sale up top, but no access to the building interior, of the lighthouse.

Locals love to climb to the top of the highest working natural lighthouse in the world. It does have the best view of the city and it doesn't take long to get up there. You can actually go up and down to the back and come back up and down again.

Pesado subir sin duda, recomendable subir antes que salga el sol. Muy bonita vista de la ciudad desde arriba y desde su mirador de cristal
