5 minute drive from our property. Lake access, playgrounds great catch and release fishing. Also Many nights you can view the northern lights on the lake.

The provincial park at Pigeon Lake is a source of pride and fun for locals and visitors alike. But this blurb is specifically about the trails in Pigeon Lake Provincial Park. When you hike the trails at PLPP, you are hiking a part of the The TransCanada Trail, now called The Great Trail. There are 4 loops. You can use the trails for just day use... as in it doesn't cost you anything. When you enter the park, you will see directions to all the trail heads. Everything is generally well-marked. You can use the trails winter or summer, it doesn't matter. Just have a good time and get in some good exercise. I have included maps of the trails at the cabin in the binder. You can always just take a pic with your phone and take that with you to drive over.
