Well worth a visit as you get to see the dam from the top and the bottom (it’s really big!). Pack a lunch and after your visit, continue up Hwy 23N to Martha Creek for a picnic & swim. Seasonal openings

You should check out this Dam tour, Dam it! Part of Revelstoke’s history is based in the Revelstoke and Mica Dams, part of the extensive Columbia River Basin Dam system stretching from BC through the States. This tour takes you through the hear of the dam and up to the top, for a fantastic view down the river valley. Definitely worth checking out!
