Tex-Mex This is a quintessential Shreveport. If you are in a hurry do not go here, because it is always happening. Good food and good drinks.

Deemed to have some of the best margaritas in town. Superior Grill has splendid Mexican food and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Of the two offerings by Superior....the Steakhouse and the Grill....I must tell you that, well, this is the superior....err....Superior. First off stick to the fajitas and go big - either the quail or the Pechuga De Superior. You also can NOT go wrong with the Brisket Tacos. Also - you go here for the music, and the margaritas. Period ;-)

While the food itself is amazing the real reason this place is a local favorite is the bar. This place is famous for its margaritas and on a Friday night it feels more like a nightclub/bar than a restaurant. The only downside is finding parking when they are busy.
