This shuttle company has a bus here in summer months, starting mid-June and continuing through Labor Day. Round trip ticket is $5 per person. Great way to get an overview of the island, and if you want to take a day trip to San Juan, they have shuttle busses there, too!

Long day trip but well worth it. Pro whale tour outfit been in business long time. Leave your car at Anacortes ferry dock and walk on to the ferry to Friday Harbor. Go right as you walk off. $89 pp
