If you are vegan or vegetarian, this place is a must. Menu is prix-fixe, all from local farms and seasonal produce.

Excellent Vegan Dinner. Menu is changed every three weeks due to freshness of ingredients. The chef comes out and explains the entire menu. The food is exciting and delicious. A must do when visiting Seattle.
