The unique space of the Herget Brickworks in the Lesser Town on the bank of the Vltava River is home to a museum which exhibitions offers insight into the world of Prague-born Franz Kafka (1883–1924), one of the most important figures in 20th century world literature. The exhibition features most of the first editions of Kafka's works, correspondence, diaries, manuscripts, photographs and drawings that have never been displayed before.

The Franz Kafka Museum is a museum located in Prague dedicated to the author Franz Kafka. The museum hosts a number of first edition Kafka books as well as displays original letters, diaries and drawings created by Kafka. The museum is characterized as both literary and biographical.

Life of Kafta through short videos, many pictures and his original letters, with lots of explanations and quotations. Very nice gift shop with unique Kafka postcards.
