Sandstone outcroppings tower over the Kickapoo River as you paddle its quiet waters while native plants and animals abound in all seasons.
There are so many hikes here, it is truly an amazing place! Hike, bike, kayak, ride horses, snowshoe, cross country ski, bird watch, picnic, an amazing outdoor escape
The Kickapoo Valley Reserve has an extensive system of rustic trails for equestrians, bikers, and hikers. The equestrian and mountain bike trails are open from May 1 through November 15, as weather permits. Hiking is permitted year-round on all trails.
