This is a lovely little taverna with wonderful views over the valley of Lefkes and to the sea. Set just outside the mountain village of Lekfes, Aranto serves excellent Greek cuisine, specialising in meats (their sausage is really good). I recommend making a booking in the summer. Andonis the owner of the tavern over the last few years has put in motion his idea of a new style of Greek taverna with a creative menu based on local ingredients and recipes from Paros, Crete, and other Cycladic islands. The view is stunning as the tavern is ideally located and overlooks the valley going down from Lefkes to the coast and the channel between Paros and Naxos.
