The hidden secret of the north nestled in the Rockies. Its a 2 hour trip but worth the drive. There is also a bus service

Powder King mountain is the farthest 'nearby' ski hill. With it's 40+ feet of powder per year, this is definitely the best ski hill to go to for those with more experience -- it will not disappoint!
