Newport is 5 miles from us so the closest local town to visit. A small market town with many independent shops and eateries. The local indoor market is open on Fridays and Saturdays and offers lots of delicious food options. The supermarkets include Waitrose, Aldi and Lidl.

A lovely market Town. Lots of boutique shops , plenty of lovely places to eat & drink. Something for everyone to enjoy.

A small Market town just 5 miles from our Shepherd Hut, Newport has an excellent selection of independent shops, café’s, and tea rooms many of which are set in the towns beautiful historic building. There is an indoor market on a Friday & Saturday. Lovely canal walks and free parking.

Old market town on the Shropshire/Staffordshire Border. Visit the church, market on Friday and Saturday. Walk along the canal and see where it ends!!
