A state-of-the-art $8.5 million education and training facility for the Queensland wine tourism industry, the College provides specialist education and training facilities in viticulture, oenology, tourism, hospitality and business. The Award Winning Varias Restaurant, Conference and Function Centre, together with the Banca Ridge Vineyard and Cellar Door, is open to the public for lunch from 11am to 2pm, 5 days a week (Tuesday – Saturday) and dinner from 5.30pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. Varias Restaurant also provides an a la carte morning tea menu. In winter, dine in front of the fireplace or on warmer days enjoy dining on the deck overlooking the spring fed dam and vineyard.

This is a first class dining venue. Great food, wine and service. We highly recommend for lunch any day and dinner on Friday and Saturday nights only. The name is Varias restaurant.
