En Ecuador hacemos unos helados a los cuales llamamos "helado de paila" son hechos a base de jugo y no tienen crema. If you are in the old town, cool off and have an ice cream in this traditional coffee shop. In Ecuador we make some ice creams which we call "helado de paila" are made with only fruit juice and do not have cream. Try it!
