Sister restaurant to SUIKA Seattle, also a bar that serves Japanese food. They have a neat 9-course bento box with a variety of sashimi and small bites built into it. The wagyu-uni nigiri is incredible.

If you love beef you have to come here! They serve this dish where you get a plate of raw beef, a really hot stone and you get to cook the beef on the stone and eat it fresh. Super delicious!!!
