The set menu dining experience is just lovely, and not crazy expensive as one would think. The greens come from their own greenhouse, fisherman supply them with fresh fish and whatever is in season. Reservations are necessary for the two nightly servings. At 5:30 and 7:30. They have covered all their bases for indoor dining during covid. If you book the late sitting, drive home safe, watch out for the moose.
