One of the best areas for cross country mountain biking and horse trail riding around. The forest with its network of trails spans many acres and is on the side of the valley offering a range of challenge scales for riders of all levels. It’s so vast that its almost a guarantee you’ll get lost so take your mobile map - we use Trail Forks. The free app has a lot of detail of the trails and cell reception is generally reliable while on the rides.

An emerging mountain biking mecca, the trailhead is a mere 3 km ride from our loft. Ride, run or hike. But we recommend packing your peddle-powered wheels for some single track fun.
