1 mile away. Van Bibber Park is a pleasant urban get-away as well as a home and migration stop for wildlife. The Van Bibber Creek wetlands provide wildlife habitat, which can be viewed from an observation deck. Visitors enjoy mountain vistas from soft-surface trails that meander through open meadows and a 1.5-mile concrete trail that travels the length of the park and offers accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs. Adjacent to the concrete trail are dirt paths. Great place for an easy, nature walk or jog. You can walk here from the home. Just walk to W52nd Ave W 52nd Ave, go left towards the mountains, then turn right on Yank to the neighborhood park entrance at the end of Yank

Walk to this 3.5 mile trail within a peaceful stream corridor and winds through beautiful open space areas that offers a lovely walk or bike ride close to home. Creekside woodlands and meadows attract many species of birds and other wildlife, particularly between Ward Road and Indiana Street. An activity station/rest stop has been added to an area just west of the Kipling Street Underpass. A shaded picnic area and series of fitness equipment offer added recreation to one of Arvada's premiere Regional Trails. Take in views of the Stenger Soccer and Lutz Baseball Fields along with views of foothill and mountain vistas. This is an easy trail and well worth the walk!

Mostly paved path with limited elevation gain. Beautiful views of the front range as the park passes through Stenger Sports Complex and Van Bibber Open space. This is a great sunset hike with chances to see horses and occasional wildlife.
