Golden-age movie house oozing with history. Check out the neighboring arcade/bowling alley/bar in the basement. One of my favorite places.

A local art house theater and the only one with an East Indian theme, this venue recently celebrated 90 years of operation. If you have time, catch a movie on one of their three screens and enjoy a drink from their concessions stand. They're also known for the longest consecutive showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, shown at midnight on the second Saturday of every month.

The most beautiful and ornate theater with 2 minaret towers, 6 larger-than-life Buddhas, several hand drawn murals, 8 porcelain lions, and hundreds of elephants. Shown movies for 84 years solid

This beautiful movie palace is a historic Milwaukee landmark. With 3 screens, full service concessions and bar, and it’s ornate East Indian decor, the Oriental Theatre is consistently recognized as one of the top movie palaces in the country.
