Quirky bistro that serves local/western fusion menu. Used to be terrific and still good. Worth double checking with staff if you want exactly what is on the menu because they won't inform you if the kitchen is making substitutions. The WiFi is good and the staff can't keep off it. We used to highly recommend it but things change.

We're crazy for everything in the menu here! So much attention and rich spin to the local menu, the tongue thanks you for delighting their taste buds. Ma's favourite drink, teh tarik (pulled tea) is the biggest we ever seen in the island! And I personally go bananas for the cheesy banana fritters! Pun intended. Whenever my parents and I are up for an affordable luxary meal in Langkawi, we would definitely dine in Santai, to enjoy one of the most romantic setting in the island. And yes, if you love the breezy wind from the beach nearby, you can choose to dine outside under a rosy-candle light!
