The Caves at the southern end of the beach are a must see at low tide. In summer the beach is patrolled at this end. Dog friendly area is at the northern end of the beach starting in front of the Caves Beach Coastal Bar & Bungalows.

Great beach to explore just 20 mins drive away. Make a day of it and continue to Catherine Hill Bay.

Well known for its namesake - a network of sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which can be explored at low tide. Caves Beach has well maintained barbecue facilities and a picnic area. Bring the family down to Caves Beach for a great day out. ~20mins drive from Lake house

A gentler beach that is patrolled through the warmer months. Explore the caves at low tide, collect some shells and even take in a magnificent sunrise. A favourite with families. NB: We recommend you always check tides, swell & weather conditions before and during your time here. Please consider these if planning to walk on the rocks as the rocks (like all coastal areas) can be dangerous and the ocean can be unpredictable.
