Bar/Music Venue...up until early evening this is a great place to hang and enjoy a cocktail over good conversation. Around 8 on the weekend the vibe does a 180 and Speckled turns into a pretty high energy dance floor (on the 2nd floor, you can still hang on the 1st, albeit at a slightly higher volume).

Probably my favorite bar in Seattle, and they put photocopies of the NYT crossword out on Mondays.
