Cactus Club has many different locations but I would highly suggest this one due to its great views. Happy Hours are great here too. A restaurant for everyones choice.

Next to Canada Place and Vancouver Convention Centre. Overlooks the harbour with views of Stanley Park and the North Shore of Vancouver.

This is a chain restaurant but the location is great and this is the place to enjoy the views of the water. 15 minute walk.
