Our local zoo is small but a great outing for families. It is also located in gorgeous Glen Oak Park which houses multiple playgrounds.

Fun Zoo in the heart of Peoria. Giraffe feeding in Africa area. Restaurant. Small zoo with over 100 species, lions, monkeys, rhinos, etc.

This is a really nice zoo and is definetly worth the visit, the Africa exhibition is very nice, and the Castle Park outside of the Zoo is fun fun fun for the kids
