I would define La Sirena as the Dominican Walmart. You can find pretty much everything and prices are always consistent with the regular supermarkets.

This is the biggest supermarket around and the most importantly the one with the best possible prices in the area. You will be able to get the best offers and discounts every Tuesday and some of the discounts on weekends.
