Princeton Harbor/Pillar Point Harbor is an active harbor for commercial fishing and recreational boats. The surrounding shops and restaurants are popular with locals and tourists alike. Take a walk around the harbor area to see why: craft beer at Hop Dogma Brewery (in the mall) and the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company (good food too), fresh seafood at Ketch Joanne and Barbara’s Fishtrap, fine Italian dining at Meza Luna Restaurant, Coffee and Italian pastries at Mezza Luna Café, fun gifts at Nasturtium, beer, sports and good music at Old Princeton Landing, and lots of boats along the docks. Drive south on Highway 1 past Moss Beach and the HMB airport. Turn right at the light at Capistrano Road to access the harbor and all the restaurants.

A harbor in Half Moon Bay with boats selling fresh fish and crab (what's available depends on the time of year). The harbor is closeby to numerous restaurants as well and a fun spot to visit

Looking for sea life? Listen for the seals and watch the kayakers and paddle-boarders! Looking for fresh fish to grill? Walk out to the pier and read the white boards that list the boats that are selling their catch - cod, crab, halibut, etc...the white boards will tell you where to find the boats that are selling their catch.
