When I was a child, it was my favorite place to go on a rainy day -- I was allowed to chose a book I could disappear into for the rest of the rainy day and beyond. Then I brought my children there, and now I just go on my own! I love small bookshops where everyone in them loves books!!

Well known book store with great variety of books, including signed first editions. Take an afternoon to walk Main St. and shop. Get a sandwich at the Waterside Market.
