Situated between Princes Avenue and Beverley Road, Pearson Park is a family-friendly, open space filled with Victorian grandeur. Featuring a children’s play area and a conservatory greenhouse, the park was the first public park in Hull and was established in the 1860s by Zachariah Pearson, then Mayor of Hull.

On our doorstep a small park which has recently been upgraded with a lottery grant.
