great park to go for hikes and swim, they have a sand beach, great for small kids.

Pretty and easy walk around a country setting with plenty of parking. Beach may or may not be open depending on season and lake conditions.

A 10-minute drive from the cottage, the park has really nice walking trails and playgrounds for the kids.
