O Mercado 31 de Janeiro, renovado em 2014, conta com um largo espaço de bancas e serviços para os vendedores que sempre ocuparam aquele espaço, mantendo a tradição. Agora o mercado tem um espaço infantil e a presença regular de bancas de vestuário vintage, livros e artesanato.
